What is the PIXL Detection CLI?
Now included in the PIXL software package is a command-line program that allows the user to process an image through the Colony Detection workflow to obtain the detection results without having to run the PIXL hardware. This is beneficial if you want to reprocess an image with different detection settings after initial acquisition.
